High speed automatic vail cap sealing machine is suitable for flip off cap sealing of injectable glass vials. The hogh speed fip off cap sealing machine is uses in the pharmaceutical, veterinary and biotech industry for performance & GMP demanding customers. Vial caps sealing machine can be attached to vial filling machine and vial labelling macjine in order to become part of complete system of sterile vial filling line. Vial cap sealing machine can work either in production linr or can work as independent machine seperately. Machine suitable for applying aluminium caps on different sizes of vials with the help of change parts.

  • Spring loaded free spinning sealing rollerseliminates any damage to aluminium caps and also allows greater flexibility of vantion in the container neck diameter.

  • Sealing pressure can be varied to suit different gauges and sizes of aluminium caps.

  • Variable A.C. frequency drive for speed attachment.

  • Digital counter for counting number of sealed vials.

  • Photo sensing device stop machine automaticlly in the event of no aluminum cap in delivery chute.

  • A special cluth device is incorporated on the infeed worm and turned or over diameter.

  • Acrylic cabinet with aluminium structure for machine (optional) programmable logic control with GU.(optional)
